We are looking for hard working, reliable and flexible individuals to work as a member of the Facilities Team.

You will carry out a wide range of Portering duties which is a 24hr/365 days a year service.

The work is varied and interesting, it requires initiative, awareness and Good communication skills. You must also have the ability to work as part of a team.

The position is on a shift basis covering earlies, lates Monday to Friday (no nights).

Patient transfers to and from wards, clinics, departments for radiology services.

Full training will be given.

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

• Good interpersonal skills to deal with patients and staff

• Ability to deal with excessive periods of standing and walking with high levels of physical excursion within the role
• Experience of driving larger vehicles up to 3.5T
