The role involves conducting psychological assessments and providing interventions to support their learning and wellbeing. Applicants should hold a Doctorate in Educational Psychology and have registration with the HCPC, along with proven experience in a relevant setting. The Educational Psychologist will collaborate with children, young people, families, and professionals to enhance educational outcomes and wellbeing. This role involves utilising psychological theories, assessments, and intervention strategies to support children and young people with additional needs, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices in safeguarding, inclusion, and special educational needs. Conduct psychological assessments and provide advice as part of the Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) process in accordance with statutory responsibilities.
