A cleaning services company in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated School Caretaker for cleaning and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring the premises are safe and clean, managing access, and performing minor repairs. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team. This position is term time only, working Monday to Friday with morning and afternoon hours available.

Responsabilités
- Ensure the building and grounds are safe, clean, and well maintained.
- Monitor and maintain site systems.
- Maintain access control to the premises.
- Perform minor repair work.
- Clean communal spaces, offices, classrooms, and restrooms.
- Manage waste disposal and cleaning of windows and floors.
Connaissances
School caretaker required to join an established cleaning company. Do you have a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work? The role requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills are required, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and take a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ensuring the building and grounds are safe, clean and well maintained.

- Emptying bins and waste disposal.

This is a school term time only position, Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon hours available.
