Do you have a passion for football and sport? Our client is a leader in 5-a-side football, with 43 centres across the UK. They feature all-weather arenas similar to Europe's top clubs.

We are recruiting an assistant manager for their leading football centre. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

• Assist with daily management of the complex and supervise staff.
• Work flexible shifts to ensure management coverage.

Provide quality service to facility users, support the General Manager in developing sales and marketing strategies to maximize income, and help implement operational and sales plans to promote excellence and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers, team captains, schools, and coaches.
• Strong organizational and management skills to oversee staff from reception to referees, and work towards sales targets.
