In this role, you will deliver impactful marketing content and help execute our brand/solutions positioning across offline and online channels to drive awareness and engagement in line with annual strategic plans.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver our content marketing strategic plan in line with agreed priorities.
- Shape the message – craft core messages that deliver our solutions positioning.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content across priority areas of the business.
- Content creation – develop a variety of content including web, videos, presentations, and sales support materials.
- Promote content across online and offline channels – SEO, PPC, email campaigns.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research related to content priorities and positioning.
- Create engaging content across multiple formats (web, social, email) tailored to audience interests and pain points.
- Manage content calendar in line with campaigns and events.
- Leverage channels and platforms to maximize reach and visibility.
- Integrate core keywords to enhance content performance.
- Engage with target audiences to foster loyalty and build relationships.
- Monitor content performance metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to demonstrate impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging content marketing technologies.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to develop content plans in core areas.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines as a brand champion and custodian.
- Maintain tone of voice (ToV) consistency across all content.
- Work with agencies to ensure content is on-brand and compliant with corporate ID policies.
- Perform other duties as required within your skills and abilities.
Core Measurements:
- Deliver and obtain sign-off on the annual content plan.
- Implement content calendar and reporting tools to measure content performance.
- Produce solutions positioning content (web, presentations, videos).
- Support automation initiatives (web, presentations, videos).
- Execute a specified number of content campaigns annually.
Essential Qualifications / Experience / Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
- Self-motivated, confident individual with the ability to build strong relationships through teamwork.
- At least 3 years of content marketing experience.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proven track record of producing diverse content; video creation and editing is advantageous.
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills.
- Strong planning and project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driver’s license.
