As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering outstanding service. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your success is rewarded with excellent earning potential.
- Business Development: Identify and win new client opportunities through proactive sales and networking.
- Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
- Screening & Interviews: Assess candidate suitability and manage the interview process.
- Offer Management & Onboarding: Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Compliance: Ensure all placements meet legal and company standards.
- Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally in a 360/full-desk role.
- Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to winning new clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Resilience, ambition, and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
