Learning Resources Coordinator
Job summary
A leading further education provider in Birmingham seeks a Learning Resources Assistant to manage and promote the Learning Resource Centres. This role requires excellent organisational, IT, and communication skills, along with experience in library services and working with diverse communities. The candidate should exhibit proven administrative abilities and be able to work effectively within a team. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse communities including BME groups and people with disabilities is essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone is crucial.
- Demonstrated skills in managing and organizing work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and promote Learning Resource Centres across the College.
- Ensure effective study area and resources are provided to students and staff.
- Oversee learning resources to comply with curriculum requirements.
