A community health organization in England is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their North Telford District Nursing Team. This role focuses on providing Planned and Admission Avoidance care to patients in the community, requiring excellent communication skills and a commitment to team-based work. The position supports a 7-day service, emphasizing an enthusiastic approach to enhancing community health through skilled nursing care. Candidates must be registered nurses on the NMC register.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join the North Telford District Nursing Team, in the provision of Planned and Admission Avoidance care to patients in the community.
We are looking for a caring, motivated friendly community nurse to join our busy, professional and dynamic team. You should possess commitment to interdisciplinary team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing, as well as a desire for on-going professional development.
Ability to travel independently to fulfil the requirements of the post is essential.
The base for this position is Telford, however, Community working will be based in Newport, Shropshire.

The post is covering 7 days 8am to 6pm service, on a Rota System.
