The Building Surveyor's Role
As a Building Surveyor, you will manage a diverse client portfolio spanning education, retail, commercial, and office spaces for local authorities and offshore developers. You'll deliver a wide range of professional and project services, making use of your expertise to drive client success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a variety of professional and project services.
- Collaborating closely with an experienced and approachable team.
- Contributing to the development of the practice with opportunities to progress into leadership roles.
The Ideal Building Surveyor Will Have
- MRICS qualification.
- RICS-accredited degree.
- A background in consultancy or private practice.
- Well-rounded experience across both professional and project-based instructions.
- A proactive, ambitious attitude and the ability to thrive in a smaller team environment.
