About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and well-planned Biology lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 may be required).
• Conduct practical experiments and investigations, ensuring student safety.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Contribute to departmental meetings and extracurricular science activities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science with a Biology specialism.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire students.
• Excellent laboratory skills and understanding of scientific methodology.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Competitive daily rate (MPS/UPS + Outer London Weighting, pro-rata).
