Fulham Pier is more than a destination — it's a landmark riverside venue offering a vibrant blend of sport, hospitality, and community events. As part of our dynamic Conference & Events team, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class food and beverage service during matchdays, private functions, and corporate events.

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests at a variety of events.

Assist in setting up and clearing down event spaces, including buffets, plated service, and bar areas.

Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment at all times.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.

Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth event operations.

Follow all health & safety and food hygiene standards and procedures.

Previous experience in hospitality or events is preferred but not essential — full training provided.

Positive attitude and a team player with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

Flexible with availability — must be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the event schedule.
