We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated seasonal waiting staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. About the Role
- Location: Scilly Isles, UK
- Contract: Seasonal (immediate start through October 2025)
- Hours: Full-time seasonal to the end of Oct 25
- Salary: Competitive hourly rate, plus tips and staff benefits, plus assistance with travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to guests in our restaurant
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Engage with guests to share the unique charm of our island setting
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or waiting is preferred but not essential – full training provided
- A friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
