- Lead the front-of-house team, supervising waitstaff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Warmly welcome guests and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Oversee order accuracy and timely service; address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Train and coach new staff to uphold service standards; collaborate closely with kitchen and other team members for seamless communication.
- Monitor service quality and promote menu items; contribute to revenue growth while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
- Up to £17.50 per hour.
