• Lead the front-of-house team, supervising waitstaff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

• Train and coach new staff to uphold service standards; collaborate closely with kitchen and other team members for seamless communication.
• Monitor service quality and promote menu items; contribute to revenue growth while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
