We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our fantastic team at Albert's Schloss and immerse them into a fun, exciting and thorough training programme before launching our new venue. As Restaurant Manager, you will have previous Senior Management experience either as a Restaurant Manager in a large site or a Senior Deputy Management or General Manager from a smaller site, and you are looking to take a step up into a large venue. Experience in a fast-paced, dry-led venue is ideal, and someone who has managed a floor team in a restaurant environment!

Salary: £35,000 salary per annum + up to 32% bonus

Who we need...

• Previous restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, high volume venue
• Experience in managing a floor team in a restaurant environment
• Experienced in building an energised and engaged team
• Has a real authentic desire to develop from within
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced business
• All the usual financial stuff… (we can teach all of that for the right person)
