A leading manufacturer of conference furniture is seeking a Design Manager to lead their creative team in the UK. You will manage projects from concept through to production and collaborate with various departments to deliver high-quality designs. The role requires over 5 years of design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor. The position offers a competitive salary starting at £55k, 23 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and a company pension.

- 5+ years’ design experience within the commercial furniture sector.
- Skilled in AutoCAD and Inventor.
- Strong grasp of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator and team leader.
Responsabilités
- Oversee a small Design Team, managing projects from concept through to production.
- Shape the product portfolio, identify future design opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Marketing across channels.
