We are currently looking for a Head of Portfolio Programme Delivery to join a dynamic team that plays a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy and delivering innovative solutions that support our ambitious growth plans. Collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

This role is a senior leadership position responsible for driving technology transformation across the business. You'll lead strategic initiatives, manage key stakeholders, and ensure our technology platforms deliver exceptional value to customers and colleagues alike.

• Lead the development and delivery of technology strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee large‑scale transformation projects ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Manage technology budgets and ensure cost‑effective solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across technology platforms
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards

• Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles
• Strong track record of delivering complex transformation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Deep understanding of technology architecture and enterprise systems
• Ability to lead and inspire high‑performing teams
• Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets effectively

• Base salary of £95k to £105k per annum + car allowance and annual bonus
