A leading insurance service provider is seeking a Claims Bordereaux Technician for a full-time remote position. Candidates must be fluent in English and either French, Spanish, or German. Responsibilities include updating claims data, processing payments, and liaising with other departments. This permanent role offers professional training opportunities, flexible working options, and a comprehensive benefits package including generous leave and a pension scheme.
Pay : £25,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
Job Description :
Claims Bordereaux Technician
Location : Remote
Company : Sedgwick
Job Type : Full-time (35 hours pw)
Sedgwick Resource Solutions are seeking Multilingual Claims Support Handlers to support our client with their European insurance administration, data and correspondence.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals fluent in either French, Spanish, or German (in addition to English) who have experience in either data analysis, or bordereau processing / familiar with large dataset, and a background in insurance or broking whether this is in claims or from an administration, or sales side.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a specialist team, where you will be ‘loaned’ out to both internal and external clients to offer your expertise.
The opportunity allows successful candidates to enhance their skillset, network with a diverse range of clients, develop knowledge of a variety of systems, and still be supported by your team and Sedgwick. Each assignment typically lasts between 3–12 months, meaning that no two days will ever be the same!
Successful candidates will be employed on a secondment model, meaning you will be assigned to various teams based on business needs. While the assignments are temporary in nature, this is a permanent role, and after one secondment concludes, you will transition to another project within the organisation. For this reason you will need to be comfortable with change and have the ability adapt based on the current assignment.
This role is fully remote; however, when working with our clients, you may be required to travel to their offices for training (including overnight stays, paid for by the company). You may also be required to attend our offices for meetings and events.
All successful candidates will be subject to DBS and vetting checks, and offers of employment will be dependent on these results.
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Work Location : Remote
