ICTS Project Engineer – Security Systems

Location: UK / Europe (Extensive travel across Europe)

Sector: Security, ICT & Integrated Systems

Salary: £50-60,000 DOE

Holt Engineering Group is working with a well-established and forward‑thinking security systems provider delivering cutting‑edge electronic security and life‑safety solutions across the UK and Europe.

We’re recruiting for an experienced ICTS Project Engineer to support the delivery of advanced integrated security systems across a diverse portfolio of sites throughout the UK and Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled engineer who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys travel, and wants to be part of a forward‑thinking team driving high‑quality, technology‑led security projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support installation teams in the delivery of integrated security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection
• Ensure all works are completed to specification, compliance standards, and client expectations
• Supervise site activities, acting as Senior Installation Engineer where required
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning
• Coordinate project delivery with internal departments and client stakeholders
• Occasionally project‑manage smaller installations on‑site or within the service department
• Travel regularly across Europe, with periods of time spent working away

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in security system installation, commissioning, or project engineering
• Strong technical understanding of access control, CCTV, and integrated systems
• Confident leading teams and managing subcontractors on‑site
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
• High level of professionalism with a hands‑on, customer‑focused approach
• Flexibility to travel extensively across Europe
• Full UK driving licence
