Powered Enterprise is KPMG's world-class accelerated Enterprise Business Transformation approach for cloud-based solutions, driven by a pre-defined back-office function based on leading practices and KPMG's six-layer Target Operating Model. The target operating model includes service delivery, people, process, technology, data & insight, and governance & controls. This solution combines KPMG's capabilities and insights with the latest ERP technology from leading SaaS vendors such as Oracle.

The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology-focused professionals who deliver SaaS ERP-based transformation programs based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. They leverage their functional knowledge (Finance, HR, Procurement) and expertise in cloud applications (Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead client programs, support pre-sales, and develop enhancements. KPMG is expanding its Powered Apps team to meet increasing demand for these services and seeks IT management consultants with relevant experience.

• Communicate compelling solutions for Oracle ERP in response to complex client problems.
• Support business development and project delivery across multiple industries.
• Design and deliver systems, including release management, integration, and data migration strategies.
• Define overall ERP solutions leveraging leading practices to support business needs.

• Degree or equivalent education.
• Understanding of key business drivers for transformation.
• Experience across multiple industry sectors.
• Excellent influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, from presales to post-go-live support.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes across various modules.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end processes in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud products like EPM, SCM, HCM, Payroll.
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and delivery lifecycle.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ colleagues.
• Ability to plan and estimate Oracle Cloud ERP programs.
• Awareness of user experience design principles.

• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills to clarify complex issues.
• Experience producing various project deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
