We're looking for an experienced Architect to join our team. This is a full time, onsite role based in Barking, with regular travel to sites. You'll be joining a team of six, in a small business that has a big impact.

• Preparing and resenting design proposals to clients.
• Producing detailed drawings.
• Preparing tender and planning applications.
• Building relationships with contractors, clients and other industry proffesionals. This will include negotiating, attending regular meetings and co-ordinating the work of contractors.
• Making site visits to check progress.
• Using problem solving skills to handle requirements and any issues that may arise during the build.
• Ensuring each project is on track to be completed within the agreed time frame.

• We're looking for someone who has strong visual awareness, and attention for detail.
• Strong drawing skills, with the ability to work in 3D would be preferred.
• Innovative with a wide imagination, the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong IT, and Maths skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and present presentations.
• A multitasker, with great time management skills, that can plan and organise projects.
• A problem solver, that thinks logical, analytical and creative.
• Someone that is always striving for better, and looking to develop their skills with their teams support.
• A passion for the industry.

• Atleast 3 years experience as an Architect
• Fluent in written and spoken English
