About the Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? Do you thrive in dynamic, relational environments where every day brings new opportunities to inspire and support? We're looking for an experienced Youth Worker to join our Wellbeing Service team at SGS College's Stroud Campus.
This role will bring about the chance to create safe, inclusive spaces where learners feel seen, heard, and valued. You'll work closely with students who may be navigating emotional challenges, using trauma‑informed and restorative approaches to help them build resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
