In this hybrid role, you will provide tailored guidance, facilitate workshops, and foster relationships, enabling young people to achieve meaningful career paths. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of supporting disadvantaged individuals, effective communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing employability. This full-time position offers a salary between £32,000 and £34,500 per annum, with benefits including annual leave and pension contributions.
