A leading staffing agency in Uxbridge seeks a Yard Person with FLT to ensure safe operations and outstanding customer service. The role offers competitive pay of £13.60 per hour, with overtime rates of £20.40 after 42.5 hours. Shifts are Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 4.30pm, with some overtime. Yard Person with FLT

Competitive Pay:

Earn £13.60 per hour, overtime rates of £20.40 paid after 42.5 hours per week. Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Shifts:

Monday - Friday 7.00am - 4.30pm with some overtime required.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensuring safe and professional operations in line with client standards.
• General yard and maintenance duties including the heavy lifting of gas cylinders
• Assisting customers with loading/unloading of cylinders
• Assisting loading/unloading our drivers.
• Operating the Fork Lift - counterbalance
• Some general admin duties will be required - full training is given

Requirements:

• Valid FLT counterbalance licence - refreshed in the last 3 years
• Valid Cat B driving licence
• Outstanding customer service
• Computer literate
• Successful candidates require a DBS check

Details:

• The role is due to start in 2nd Feburary and will run until 30th April 2026 when it will be reviewed.
