We are focused on ensuring that the support we provide reaches more and more people, so they can make changes and discover new possibilities in their lives.
We are a £200m growing organisation, winning new contracts and retaining existing contracts all the time. Our success is ultimately down to the way we lead, engage, develop and support our colleagues to be the best possible version of themselves. This is how we create the most impactful health & social care outcomes and support for some of the most vulnerable people in society.
We now have opportunities for two Non-Executive Directors to join our Board. We are seeking candidates with either clinical or financial (accountancy) experience, with the relevant professional qualifications and registrations.
As a suitable candidate you will be an experienced trustee or Non-executive Director with a strong track record of achievement at Board level. As part of the Turning Point Board, your role will be to provide independent oversight to support the direction of the organisation, ensuring it operates within its charitable objects and delivers public benefit.
If you share our values, our passion, and our belief, then we would be delighted to welcome you onto our board.
