Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a workshop or production management role within an engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, and production processes, including CNC and manual methods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop workshop personnel, promoting strong performance and engagement.
  • Plan and control workflow, labour, materials, and equipment to meet production deadlines.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are upheld and the workshop environment is well maintained.
  • Coordinate production activities while liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
