Workplace Technician – Facilities Management
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Company: Global Facilities Management Provider
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Salary: £42,200 per annum
Working Pattern: 4 on /4 off (Days Only)
Hours: 07:00 – 19:00

This role is based on a flagship contract in a critical environment at Canary Wharf, one of London's most prestigious business districts.

Role Overview

As a Workplace Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's site. You'll work closely with the Engineering Team to support day‑to‑day activities, maintain high standards, and create a positive experience for all building occupants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Engineering Team with planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Carry out minor repairs and adjustments to keep the site running efficiently.
  • Support furniture moves and workspace reconfigurations.
  • Help with event setups, ensuring spaces are prepared and functional.
  • Respond promptly to reactive requests, maintaining service excellence.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for all users.
