C&C Search is currently recruiting an experienced Workplace Coordinator to join a well-established and highly regarded energy company based in central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming, efficient and well-run office environment, acting as the face of the business while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the workplace.

Position: Workplace Coordinator

Salary: £35000 – £45000 (dependent on experience)

Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this role:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house experience
  • Managing reception duties including switchboard, inbox queries and general enquiries
  • Overseeing meeting room bookings, set‑ups and resets
  • Ensuring reception, breakout spaces and shared areas are well presented at all times
  • Coordinating office facilities and liaising with building management and suppliers
  • Managing office supplies, stationery and kitchen stock
  • Organising weekly office breakfasts and supporting office culture initiatives
  • Receiving and distributing post, deliveries and arranging couriers
  • Maintaining internal records such as seating plans, org charts and phone lists
  • Supporting ad‑hoc administrative requests across the wider London team
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience in a Workplace Coordinator, Office Coordinator or facilities-focused role
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing suppliers, facilities issues and office services
  • Confident juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment while remaining calm and proactive
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a “can‑do” attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with OneDrive is advantageous
  • Fire Warden and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
