Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Personnel Competence Assessor for a rotational contract role in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will assess the skills and knowledge of Workover/Snubbing personnel on international units. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, evaluating performance, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with OPITO standards. Qualifications

  • Supervisory-level experience in Workover or Snubbing Operations.
  • Proficient communication skills in French at B2/B1 level.
  • Strong knowledge of well intervention and workover operations.
  • Ability to conduct consistent competence assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competency assessments through structured interviews.
  • Evaluate individual performance against competence standards.
  • Document assessment outcomes and identify training needs.
  • Ensure compliance with OPITO standards.
  • Prepare reports for management and regulatory purposes.
