A healthcare organization in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a candidate to support its People Services Strategy. The role involves ensuring data quality, delivering statutory and ad-hoc reports, and providing analytical information to support stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel and analytical skills, along with an HNC/HND in a suitable field. Working closely with the wider team you will support the delivery of the People Services Strategy, possess an understanding and awareness of national NHS reporting requirements, data standards, and definitions, information data flows, and benchmarking. You will be responsible for the data quality held in the Trust's People Services systems and for ensuring the day to day delivery of all statutory and ad-hoc reporting.
