We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to join our Workforce Intelligence team and help drive the effective use of our electronic rostering system across the Trust.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working with systems, have a keen eye for detail, and are confident supporting colleagues at all levels. Strong communication skills, a methodical approach, and a willingness to learn are key.
This is a fast-paced, varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting others and getting stuck into meaningful work. The successful candidate will bring excellent communication skills, with the confidence to explain technical processes in a clear, accessible way. The post holder will provide user support to all staff groups for the Trust's electronic rostering platform, also offering the Workforce, Insights, Systems and Planning team with BAU data maintenance and reporting. As part of the systems maintenance cycle, the post holder may also be involved in the development and implementation of the system or similar systems within the organisation.
