About the role

With Me In Mind is a school based mental health service involved in early intervention and prevention of mental health in children and young people. Part of the service offer is to impact on this through a whole school approach to mental health. We are looking for a Whole School Approach Lead in our Doncaster locality.

Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with RDASH colleagues and with local educational settings to facilitate the development of a whole school approach in each setting, encompassing early intervention and prevention.
  • Auditing throughout the year under the framework of Whole School Approach within a Mental Health Support Team to develop a positive culture and ethos.
  • Co-ordinate and delegate based on needs analysis; this is not a clinical role but requires strong skills in auditing, coordinating service delivery and monitoring impact.
  • Work autonomously and directly with education settings to co-produce and evaluate whole school approach interventions.
  • Collaborate with schools and colleges as part of a mental health support team.
Qualifications and expectations
  • Candidate will be passionate about early intervention and prevention, needs analysis and implementing change.
  • Excellent auditing, coordinating service delivery and monitoring impact skills.
  • This role focuses on coordination and delegation rather than clinical duties.
