A prestigious hotel group in North Bovey seeks a Sommelier to manage wine service and contribute to the wine list development. Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience and exceptional customer service skills. Training for Sommelier qualifications is available. The position is full-time with flexible contract options.

As a Sommelier you will oversee all aspects of the wine service in the restaurant and contribute to the development of the wine list for the resort. This will include serving wine within the restaurant and bar service, managing stock levels and helping develop our teams to be able to recommend and sell wines to customers both to complement their tastes and to pair with their menu choices.
