In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver reliable, safe and efficient offshore wind operations. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for offshore wind turbines, offering your expertise to solve technical challenges and support continuous improvement. By providing remote technical advice, you help resolve issues quickly and optimise processes that keep our turbines performing at their best. Working together with internal teams and external partners, you ensure knowledge is shared openly so we can drive progress as one team. Your daily work includes:

  • Leading troubleshooting projects and standardising solutions for recurring technical issues
  • Collaborating closely with engineers across disciplines to develop practical improvements for turbine performance
  • Coaching second-line engineers by sharing insights and inspiring them to achieve excellent results
  • Documenting solutions clearly so that everyone in the team benefits from proven practices
  • Engaging with external partners when specialist input is needed or when coordinating joint initiatives
