Overview

ENDIPREV is an international reference in the provision of specialized services for wind power, including commissioning, corrective and preventive maintenance, and project management for onshore and offshore wind energy equipment. We work worldwide in close partnership with OEMs and have experience in more than 30 countries with offices in Germany, Spain, United States, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, France and the UK.


Role

We are currently looking for Commissioning/Troubleshooting Technicians to work on wind turbines around the United Kingdom, willing to travel as needed.


Description of Tasks


  • Perform servicing tasks of electrical machines defined by the project manager (such as commissioning, diagnosis, operation, and maintenance of wind turbines).

  • Read, analyze, understand, and complete relevant paperwork (work instructions, safety instructions, checklists, technical standards and regulations) provided by ENDIPREV, the customer or other external entities.

  • Be aware of risks and ensure that works are performed in compliance with applicable safety standards.

  • Follow and respect ENDIPREV policies and safety standards.

  • Maintain proper care of ENDIPREV’s tools (including PPE) and vehicles.


Required Skills


  • Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic technical knowledge (from professional experience or academic background) essential to the position; this will be assessed during the recruitment process.

  • Experience in WTG commissioning or troubleshooting projects (onshore and/or offshore) and training (mandatory); this will be assessed during the recruitment process.

  • Safety-driven: adherence to safety, hygiene, health rules and environmental protection to prevent risks and accidents.

  • Communication: ability to communicate clearly, fluently, and accurately, both orally and in writing.

  • Problem solving: ability to analyze problems and make timely decisions with available resources.

  • Teamwork: collaborative attitude aligned with ENDIPREV goals and challenges, valuing diverse opinions to achieve common objectives.

  • UK resident or with permission to work in the UK (mandatory).

  • Physical requirements: ability to work in extreme weather, flexible hours, and to wear personal protective equipment (approx. 20 kg). If a lift is not available, ability to climb up to 80 m multiple times a day.
