• 35 years PQE or equivalent relevant experience.
• Professional friendly client care.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Organised, methodical and able to prioritise under pressure.
• Team player with a flexible approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of client matters including Wills, LPAs and Probate.
• Handle cases from initial instruction through to completion.
• Prepare and draft legal documents.
• Advise clients and respond to new enquiries.
• Support colleagues within the probate department.
