Associate – White Collar Crime

A prestigious international law firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its White Collar Crime practice in London. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value matters spanning litigation, regulatory investigations, and transactional issues, within a team recognised for its expertise in this area.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on complex legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Conducting and supervising legal research across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and finalising legal documents, briefs, and formal opinions.
• Preparing for and participating in trials, hearings, client meetings, and strategy sessions.
• Undertaking due diligence and detailed case analysis to develop practical solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Representing clients in court, before regulatory and administrative bodies, and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

• E&W qualified with 2 years’ PQE. Previous experience in a leading corporate law firm or equivalent professional environment is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and within strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Professional, discreet, and client-focused, with a commitment to the highest standards of legal practice.
