Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is looking for a seasoned Enablement Consultant to drive go-to-market and customer success for WhatsApp for Business. This remote role requires deep experience in WhatsApp for Business and a solid track record in sales enablement. The successful candidate will create practical training and enablement materials, run discovery sessions, and ensure alignment with client KPIs. The position involves regular international travel and can be based from anywhere in the UK.

Qualifications

• Direct experience at a Meta Business Messaging partner or as a Meta Business Messaging client responsible for WhatsApp for Business strategies.
• Track record in building enablement for sales and/or partners that moved the numbers.
• Fluency in WhatsApp for Business products and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Run structured discovery with partner managers and sales teams to create enablement content.
• Create and maintain enablement assets such as playbooks and pitch decks.
• Describe onboarding flows and rollout plans for WhatsApp for Business.
