Job Overview

We are looking to recruit 2 Wet Trade Operatives (general builder) to work within our Property Services Team, to carry out the repair and maintenance of our domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general building skills such as bricklaying, roofing, plastering, drainage and groundworks.
• Lay vinyl sheet flooring where required.
• Complete repair and maintenance work on domestic properties to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, forming positive working relationships.
• Use mobile devices and IT systems as routine and maintain a basic level of IT skills.
• Drive to work sites and hold a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience of carrying out repair and maintenance work on domestic properties.
• Basic IT skills and customer focused communication.
• Valid driving licence.
• DBS check is required as part of pre-employment checks.
