Job summary

A supportive educational organization is seeking a passionate Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role at a Cardiff primary school. Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to join a thriving Cardiff primary school. This is a full-time, long-term role, perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive classroom environment and enjoys making a real difference.

  • Supporting pupils across KS1/KS2 through the medium of Welsh
  • Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom duties
  • Providing small-group and 1:1 support where needed
  • Encouraging positive engagement and helping to raise attainment
  • Creating an inclusive and motivating learning environment
  • Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
  • TA experience desirable but not essential
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and reliable attitude
  • DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
