Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a school setting.
  • SEN experience is advantageous for SEN TA roles.
  • Fluency in Welsh is essential for this position.

  • A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils during lessons and assist with learning activities in Welsh.
  • Work with individuals or small groups to help them progress.
  • Provide support to pupils with special educational needs as required.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparations and classroom duties.
  • Promote the use of Welsh across the school day.
