TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Welsh Medium Primary School based in Barry, who are looking to appoint a passionate learning support assistant to support children s learning through the medium of Welsh. Largely populated, this setting has key values such as fostering an environment that aims to nurture childrens minds and provide a fun and engaging space for learning.

The school is looking to take on an enthusiastic Welsh speaking LSA and the successful applicant will be working across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The Senior Leadership Team are dedicated to ensure the successful Teacher will be supported and developed from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children across the primary phase (5-11yrs).
• The ability to speak Welsh Fluently.
• Level 2 or 3 qualification and/or a minimum of 6 months' experience in an educational setting.
• Thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding protocols
