THE EMPLOYER IS: ELITE RECOVERY BELFASTThe Recovery Suite Lead is responsible for the day-to-day running of the recovery suite, ensuring every client has a safe, clean, professional, and welcoming experience. This role combines client interaction, operational responsibility, and support with marketing and growth of the service.The position suits someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in high standards, and has an interest in health, fitness, recovery, or wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and prepare the recovery suite for daily sessions. Ensuring all equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use.
  • Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards at all times.
  • Close down and reset the suite after sessions.
  • Welcome clients and introduce them to the recovery suite. Explain how the recovery services work and guide clients through their session. Monitor clients during sessions to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Build strong relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
  • Manage bookings and session flow where required. Answer basic client questions about services and recovery options.
  • Collect client feedback and report insights to the business owner.
  • Support basic marketing efforts such as content ideas, promotions, and testimonials. Encourage word-of-mouth referrals through excellent service. Assist with community engagement and client retention initiatives.
