  • 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Wellbeing Manager to join us at West Hall, West Byfleet. This role is all about bringing energy, warmth, and fun to everyday life — whether that’s a themed afternoon, a surprise activity, or a celebration that leaves everyone smiling (bonus points if you enjoy a bit of seasonal flair).

You’ll lead our wellbeing programme, inspire a small team, and help create experiences that our residents genuinely look forward to.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing and delivering fun, engaging, and inclusive wellbeing activities for elderly residents
  • Bringing seasonal themes to life — from springtime creativity to festive celebrations
  • Leading, supporting, and motivating a friendly team of 3 wellbeing colleagues
  • Creating a vibrant wellbeing calendar full of activities that encourage connection, movement, and joy
  • Being present at events (some outside normal hours) to help make the magic happen
  • Working closely with colleagues, families, and external partners
  • Gathering feedback and always looking for fresh ideas to keep things exciting
About You
  • Naturally creative with a playful streak and an eye for detail
  • Passionate about wellbeing and enriching the lives of older people
  • Confident leading and motivating a small team
  • Organised, approachable, and flexible
  • Experience in wellbeing, activities coordination, care, or community roles is desirable — but creativity and enthusiasm matter just as much
Hours

You’ll usually work Monday to Friday, but flexibility is essential to support events and celebrations when they happen — because the best moments don’t always stick to a timetable!
