A leading not-for-profit care provider in the UK is seeking a Wellbeing Manager to create engaging activities for elderly residents. This role involves leading a small team and ensuring that programs enrich the lives of residents through fun and creative initiatives. Candidates should be naturally creative, passionate about wellbeing, and capable of leading a team. Flexible hours are essential to accommodate events, with a focus on creating joy and connection in everyday life. Join us to make a difference in our community.
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Wellbeing Manager to join us at West Hall, West Byfleet. This role is all about bringing energy, warmth, and fun to everyday life — whether that’s a themed afternoon, a surprise activity, or a celebration that leaves everyone smiling (bonus points if you enjoy a bit of seasonal flair).
You’ll lead our wellbeing programme, inspire a small team, and help create experiences that our residents genuinely look forward to.
You’ll usually work Monday to Friday, but flexibility is essential to support events and celebrations when they happen — because the best moments don’t always stick to a timetable!
Because here, wellbeing is about fun, connection, and moments that make people feel good — whether that’s a big celebration or a small, thoughtful surprise that brightens someone’s day.
Please apply with your CV showing us how you’d bring creativity, joy, and a little seasonal sparkle to wellbeing at West Hall.
