Qualifications

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead (Activities Co-ordinator) to join our team in Cowdray Club Care Home for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside staff, residents and relatives to identify what is important to residents and support them to have purpose and meaning in their life.
  • Design activities on a personalised basis to improve the wellbeing of residents and support staff in developing and maintaining these activities.
  • Offer a variety of group and individual sessions to ensure no-one is excluded.
