A care home provider in Shildon is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to enhance resident life through meaningful activities and social engagement. The role involves planning group activities, fostering personal connections with residents, and encouraging participation in wellbeing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be friendly and compassionate, with the ability to motivate others. Training and support will be provided, making this role suitable for those new to care roles. Location: Holly Lodge care home, Maddison Street, Shildon
Pay Rate: £12.46 per hour
Hours: 18 hours per week

Are you friendly, compassionate and creative? As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the lives of our residents, helping to make every day meaningful and joyful. Ideally, we are looking for someone to have care experience, but we know people from other walks of life can become the very best in this type of role - so whether you’ve done this before or are just starting out, we’ll be with you every step of the way with all the training and support you need.
