Job summary

A dynamic organization in Bangor is seeking a Wellbeing Co-Ordinate to support various wellbeing projects in a collaborative office environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in wellbeing or project coordination and strong organizational skills. This full-time temporary role offers hybrid working and competitive remuneration based on skills and experience. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.   • Develop detailed project plans and deliver actions successfully.
  • Maintain accurate records to support staff.

We are recruiting for a Wellbeing Co‑Ordinate to support the delivery of key wellbeing projects within a dynamic office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in wellbeing, project coordination, or staff support who enjoys working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting and coordinating the delivery of various wellbeing projects
  • Responding to wellbeing project referrals and staff referrals in line with relevant processes
  • Promoting and raising awareness of wellbeing in the workplace
  • Proactively working with and reporting to the Management Team
  • Developing detailed project plans and delivering agreed actions successfully
  • Working effectively with internal staff and key stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records to support staff and assist with monitoring performance and evaluations
Qualifications / Desired Skills
  • Proven experience working within wellbeing, staff support, or related project roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident working with a range of stakeholders
  • Proactive, empathetic, and highly professional
  • Ability to speak Welsh is desirable
Role Details
  • This is a full‑time temporary role for a period of 4 – 6 months, offering the flexibility of hybrid working

  • Competitive annual salary per annum pro‑rata depending on skills and experience, plus accrued holiday pay
