Are you passionate about helping people achieve their best possible health? Join the new Wellbeing Coach team and make a real difference in your community. We’re looking for compassionate, driven individuals to help connect people with the right health and well-being services, empowering them and their families to lead healthier lives.

In collaboration with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and Aneurin Leisure Trust, these roles will work in community settings and GP practices to support individuals in accessing tailored health services. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, results-driven project aimed at positively impacting the NHS through preventative health interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to identify the best support for individuals.
  • Provide guidance on accessing local health and well-being services.
  • Develop your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

This is a fixed-term position until March 2026, but we believe this role will play a key part in delivering long-term benefits to the NHS and our communities.
