Roles

• Fabricator MIG – Fabrication of sheet metal, steel work, plate, angle & box. Welding to high specs with MIG, ideally some TIG on carbon steel, alloy, stainless. Working from engineering drawings in the Fab Shop plus site work to erect/fit work.
• Steel Erector/Fitter – Erecting architectural steel work, stairs, handrails, platforms, frames. Some fabrication & modifications required. Ideally able to weld. May cover semi‑skilled or mates to assist.
• Steel Welder Fabricator MIG – Similar to Fabricator MIG with added site work for erection/fit of architectural steel.

Qualifications & Certifications

• C & G or NVQ Steel Erection or Welding Fabrication.
• CSCS Card & ideally IPAF or MEWP Card.
• UK Driving Licence.

Terms & Conditions

Hours: 07:30 to 16:30 Mon‑Fri, often 07:00 to 17:30. O/T as required.

Term: 6 to 13 weeks, Temp to start with potential for permanent role after 13 weeks.

Pay

• Skilled: £19.50 to £22.00 per hr.
• Semi‑skilled: £14.50 to £16.00 per hr.
• Permanent: £16.50 to £18.00 per hr PAYE.

Pay via pay company on temp basis.

Work area: 50 mile radius; may require overnight stays near site for 1–4 nights, with hotel rooms and meal allowances booked/paid by the company.
