• Competence in MIG welding required; TIG experience is a plus.

Overview

Position: Welder Fabricator

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Hours: Monday to Friday (days) - Overtime available

Pay Rate: £14-18 per hr DOE

What You'll Be Doing

• Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
• Fabricating mild steel components to precise measurements
• MIG/TIG welding to a high standard (mainly MIG)
• Using workshop machinery, hand tools, and equipment safely
• Ensuring quality control and finishing to meet client expectations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a workshop or engineering environment
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Competence in MIG welding (TIG experience is an advantage)
• A keen eye for detail and pride in producing quality work
• A team player with a proactive and safety-conscious attitude
